End of the Rainbow Foundation
Re–imagined TD Inglewood/ Ramsay Pride Patio Party
LGBTQ+ refugees from around the world need Calgary as a landing place.
This year, we’re re-imaging last year’s party with over 600 attendees and over 30 local and national partners.
Let’s bring the Pride Party to your patio through party packs designed to support LGBTQ+ refugees, in partnership with local businesses! We’ve got everyone’s favorites covered, coffee, steak, beer, poke, and pizza.
COVID-19 and the End of the Rainbow Foundation
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and consistent with Alberta Health Services recommendations, the End of the Rainbow Foundation is only offering group meetings via Zoom to help slow the rate of COVID-19 infections. PLEASE CHECK WITH GROUP EMAILS TO REGISTER BEFORE ATTENDING.
We plan to resume in-person groups when it becomes possible. We will be watching closely Alberta Health Services recommendations and if the dates are announced, then the foundation will open group meetings accordingly.
We will continue to provide support to anyone that requests it. However, please visit the group or service page and email the associated service. Volunteers are able to provide support remotely through email, phone calls, and video conferencing. If you require one-to-one support, then please request this and we can arrange safe meetings upon request.
We will monitor the changing situation and provide updates as necessary.
For more information on the COVID-19 situation, we suggest visiting Alberta Health Services’ website at: https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/topics/Page16997.aspx
We also recommend that if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, then please call 811 for advice on how to proceed.
In the meantime, you can help by giving a donation to people who are impacted by COVID -19 and not able to access COVID-19 benefits given to others.
We appreciate your understanding.
The End of the Rainbow Foundation foundation creates sponsorship circles (groups of five), hosts support groups, and provides education to help LGBTQ+ people settle in their homes and community.

We are dedicated to all people of any sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTQ+ or SOGIE1), whether they are longtime citizens, or new Canadian refugees, or immigrants.

Note 1. We use LGBTQ+ and Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity & Expression (SOGIE) interchangeably. All people have a sexual orienation and gender identity. When we use either term we include lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, two-spirit, queer, questioning, and plus+ as indicating: intersex, asexual, demisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, gender neutral, gender queer, pangender, men who have sex with men (MSM), women who have sex with women (WSW), and all the other sexual diversities that we are missing.
